Expanding on what I wrote in Issue#3 of The Microcap Minute, I plan to organise a virtual meet-up of our community on August 25, 2024, between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm IST.

The capacity is for 200 people as of now. The current reader base of this community is now crossing 4000.
What is The Format of The Event?
As shown in the form shared above, I would take three inputs for every event, name, email and Topic You Would Like To Present or Talk on.
If you attend the event and do not wish to speak in a meet-up, you can enter NA in the Topic You Would Like To Present or Talk on.
Each presenter who in advance lets known their intention to speak/ present through the form will have 7-10 minutes to talk on a topic and we will try to cover in a meet-up 6-7 presenters, with the hope that we get people to present.
We will keep repeating this every month and basis the response received, even look at increasing the frequency of the meet-ups.

If you are invested in a business you are discussing, please let it be before you begin your presentation on the same.
Who Should Attend?
If you have done a deep dive into a business or a sector, or have recently past interacted with managements via AGMs, investor conclaves and conferences, con-calls and virtual/ physical meets, we would be humbled to learn from your takeaways.
If you have a certain behavioural framework for investing, certain strategies you use, tools you use or certain fundamental analysis and technical analysis frameworks you have deployed over a long period in your research, we would be humbled to learn from you.
Who Should Not Attend?
If you are hoping to find ways to get rich quickly by attending these events, please do not participate or attend them. These events I plan to do for my community are not a hunting ground to gather tips or investment recommendations. I want to build a long-term connection with my community through these events and at the same time add value to each attendee in these events by acting as a hub.
What will be the agenda in an event we have no speakers?
In the event we have no speakers, who in advance let us know their intention to speak/ present through the form, we will just have an impromptu discussion for 15 minutes or so.
What will be the agenda in the event few people join?
We will give people till 11:05 am to join and if we have fewer than 5% of the allowed limit ( i.e. 200 attendees), we will be then meeting up next month.
