Shivalic Power Control Ltd follows a streamlined and technologically advanced manufacturing process to deliver high-quality electrical panels:
-
Designing: The process begins with electrical designing and mechanical designing of the panel, ensuring all specifications are tailored to client requirements.
-
Material Selection: The enclosures are built using CRCA (Cold Rolled Close Annealed) sheets, ranging from 1mm to 3mm thickness.
-
Punching: The CRCA sheets are punched using advanced CNC machines sourced from Germany, ensuring precision and accuracy.
-
Bending: Post punching, the sheets are bent into shape using specialized bending equipment.
-
Bus Bar Design and Bending: Simultaneously, the design and bending of bus bars are carried out to ensure efficient current conduction.
-
Enclosure Assembly: The punched and bent CRCA sheets are assembled to form the enclosure.
-
Component Installation: Inside the enclosure, various switches, relays, and switchgear are mounted and integrated into a sub-assembly.
-
Final Integration: The entire sub-assembly is fitted into the enclosure, completing the panel structure.
-
Rigorous Testing: The assembled panel undergoes thorough quality checks and testing to ensure performance, safety, and reliability.
-
Client Inspection: Upon successful testing, the panel is presented for client inspection to verify all specifications and requirements.
-
Dispatch: After approval, the final product is dispatched to the client.
The design philosophy of Shivalic can be considered as plug and play, modular design so that it becomes easier for the customer to use this electrical panel which is key to supply, distribute and regulate power.

Shivalic Power Control Ltd operates in a sector experiencing significant tailwinds, driven by the growing demand for electrical distribution solutions across multiple themes like data centers, EV charging infrastructure, industrial complexes, factories, and hospitals. High-tension panels serve critical roles in electricity transmission post-generation, while low-tension panels ensure efficient power distribution post-step-down transformation.
Despite competition from peers such as Marine Electrical, Tracolite, and C&S, Shivalic is well-positioned to capitalize on rising demand. The company successfully executed a large order for the RBI Data Centre, highlighting its ability to fulfill prestigious and high-value projects.
